Barbie Faces off With "Rude" Charter Guest Who Demands Food "That I F-cking Like"
The Below Deck stew calls the charter guests "extra" in a preview for the upcoming Season 11 episode.
The boat chaos continues on the St. David, but this time, stew Barbara "Barbie" Pascual is in the middle of it.
In a new preview clip for Below Deck Season 11, Episode 12 (airing April 22), the yachtie appears to be in over her head when she is left alone with the charter guests and has to prepare them a late-night snack after Chef Anthony Iracane off duty.
The primary charter guest demands Barbie Pascual makes her food
The Below Deck preview picks up moments after the guests finish up a tough dinner service. While most of the yachties are away in their bunks getting some rest, Barbie stays up to watch over the active charter guests enjoying the yacht’s amenities.
Right after, the primary charter guest’s boyfriend, Ray, asks Barbie if there is any “food” they can eat. Initially, Barbie lets him know that Anthony is asleep, but she could try to prepare something quick.
“I’m not a good chef,” Barbie admits to the guests, who then request her to make some French fries and pizza.
The stew then lets her counterparts know that she “doesn’t know how to cook French fries from scratch,” but she could grab them some snacks.
At this moment, the primary charter guest, Carmen, appears to be taken aback by Barbie’s lack of cooking skills, telling her, “Ma’am you’re telling me you don’t know how to make [that]… you better have some sh-t that I f-cking like.”

In a confessional, she opens up about the charter guest’s antics, saying, “Very rude. That’s not cool. We’re here to serve you, but this is so extra.”
To deescalate the situation, Barbie immediately gets in the kitchen and tries to whip up a BLT sandwich and a panini with some assistance from Kyle Stillie. After working hard in the galley, she served Carmen and Ray their food.
“Alright, my panini is a little disappointing, but my BLT came out pretty good, so I brought you both,” she says in the clip above.
So, what did Ray think of Barbie’s sandwich-making skills? He was thoroughly impressed but “wish [he] got napkins though.”
