The St. David crew is finally getting their first big day off on Below Deck Season 11 — but it may turn out to be more stressful than relaxing.
Since the charter season began, stew Barbara "Barbie" Pascual hasn't been on the same page as her boss, chief stew Fraser Olender.
In a preview for Season 11, Episode 11, which will air on April 15, Barbie calls her mom through tears to talk about quitting the boat.

Barbie Pascual contemplates quitting on Below Deck Season 11
While getting ready in a bathroom by herself, Barbie called her mom to talk about the day. She lamented about her recent struggles while getting emotional.
"I ruined the day for everyone," Barbie said to her mom in Spanish, who then assured her that she likely did not "ruin" the day off for the other crew members. "Yes, because it's the day off for everyone, and I'm here crying."
Barbie then wondered if leaving the boat would be better for everyone.
"I know that you're not a quitter," her mom responded, and she advised Barbie to change her mentality and focus on working hard.
When Barbie left the bathroom, she was in better spirits. She later told deckhand Kyle Stillie that she wanted to stay on the boat.
"I'm a bad b-tch," she said. "I've never quit anything in my life." When the crew went out to dinner later that night, she joked, "I need a day off from this day off."
Fraser Olender threatens to fire Barbie Pascual
Barbie may want to stay on St. David, but Fraser may have something else in mind. During the crew dinner, Barbie decided to make a toast in front of all of the yachties.
"Alright, crew, I just want to apologize for all the sh-t that happened today. Everybody here knows there's sh-t going on between me and Fraser, there's a sh-t ton of drama going on," she said. "And, Fraser, we have to figure this out, and I'm really sorry it has affected everybody."
"I think that's the worst toast I ever heard, but I'll toast to it," second stew Xandi Olivier joked. In her confessional, Xandi said, "I think she just made things worse."
Fraser confided in Xandi after the toast was made.
"That was the most disrespectful thing I've heard in my entire life, and I'm done," he said, before hinting that he wants Barbie to get fired. "And tomorrow we'll be three stews again."
