Below Deck's Courtney Skippon Has a Theory About Ashton Pienaar and Brian de Saint Pern

We've never seen a Below Deck bromance as tight as the one forged among Ashton Pienaar, Brian de Saint Pern, Tanner Sterback, and Kevin Dobson in Season 7. Why, the guys even solidified their camaraderie with friendship bracelets. That's when you know it's going to last forever.

Or so we thought.

Apparently, Ashton and Brian might not be as big of brus as they appear to be. That's, at least, according to stew Courtney Skippon, who shared a theory about their friendship in the Below Deck Season 7 After Show, which you can view, above. 

"I don't think that they actually like each other that much," Courtney said to a stunned Simone Mashile. "I just think that they are different people, and they butt heads a little bit. They're obviously fighting over the same girl on multiple occasions, and that's not something that friends do."

Courtney also questioned the longevity of the fast friendship formed among the Below Deck guys this season. "I think they have a false sense of intimacy, and that's why I feel like it took me longer to get to know people because the people that I want to keep in my life, like I'm gonna keep them and I'm gonna get to know them well," she explained. "But they just came in really hot, like we're all gonna be best friends and now all of a sudden, they're best friends, and they don't actually have that much in common or get along that well."

We'll have to wait and see if this friendship has legs on land.
