8 Bravoleb Vacation Homes We Want to Escape to This Summer
See what it's like to live in paradise.
Summer is here, and for many, that means jetting off to the beach or some other picturesque locale for the season. But some of your favorite Bravolebs are able to have a long-term stay in paradise.
Not only do many Bravolebs have main residences that make our jaws drop, but their vacation or summer homes also have us wishing we could move in with them. The following luxe abodes will make you want to say "See you in September!" to your current digs.
1. Bethenny Frankel's Hamptons Home
It takes a lot to wow the ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when it comes to the home since all of them have such stunning abodes. But Bethenny Frankel was able to do just that when she showed them around her new Hamptons home last season of RHOBH (clip above).
Bethenny's mostly neutral decor makes her home look clean and comfortable. It's also accented with her signature Skinnygirl shade of red throughout, from her front door to lawn chairs to the tea kettle in her kitchen. Not only is Bethenny's house perfect to hang out in during the summer with its gorgeous pool, but it's also an ideal spot to help ring in fall, as the entrepreneur demonstrated with her rustic chic birthday party earlier this season of The Real Housewives of New York City. We bet Bethenny's home looks great in any season.
2. Kyle Richards' Palm Springs Mansion
Kyle's Palm Springs home lights up the neighborhood.
Kyle Richards' home in Palm Springs has been the scene of drama and celebrations alike on RHOBH. But no matter what goes down inside the house, it's always going to take our breath away.
Basically, everything is huge about Kyle's Palm Springs mansion, from its kitchen to its staircase to its shower. And it looks like just about every room in Kyle's cribe has a spectacular view. Talk about a dream home.
3. Shep Rose's Linville, North Carolina Cabin
The patio of Shep's family vacay home in Appalachia is the perfect place for a good-old-fashioned Southern Charm gathering.
Though Shep Rose could stand to brush up on his real estate skills, as we've seen this season of Southern Charm, the bachelor's family sure does have an impressive home in Linville, North Carolina. The house is huge and cozy at the same time, thanks to cute country touches like staircase railings that look like tree branches. We just want to hang out in that outdoor seating area featuring a toasty-looking fireplace, as seen in this clip from this season of Southern Charm, forever and forever.
4. Meghan King Edmonds' Idaho Cottage
When Meghan King Edmonds needs an escape from the O.C., she heads to her cottage in Idaho, which she purchased last year with her husband Jim Edmonds. The house definitely puts the "glam" in "glamping" with a sleek yet earthy kitchen, breathtaking views of the water, which just happens to be right in her backyard, and a vibrant fire pit. Put a s'more on for us, please!
5. Dorinda Medley's Berkshires Abode
We're sure glad Carole Radziwill bestowed the moniker Blue Stone Manor on Dorinda Medley's Berkshires abode last season of RHONY because this is an estate that is definitely worthy of a name. That's because, like Dorinda, Blue Stone Manor is beautiful inside and out.
The exterior is grand and looks amazing all year-round. The dining room is to die for, looking like something out of a European chateau. With a billiards table in the library, it's the perfect place to work and play. The pool is a work of art in and of itself. And don't even get us started on the views. It's just too bad that the tranquil ambience of Dorinda's Berkshires retreat isn't always reflected in what goes on inside there on RHONY.
6. Reza Farahan's Palm Springs Digs
Palm Springs will probably always have a special place in Reza Farahan's heart after his wedding in the desert city this season of Shahs of Sunset. And the real estate broker has a unique crib to match. The house is a blast from the past with a swanky 1970s vibe throughout. As you can see from the above pic of Reza's dining room and his den, this house has zero cheese and 100 percent cool.
7. Jules Wainstein's Hamptons Hideaway
Jules' Hamptons home is awe-inspiring.
Jules Wainstein's Hamptons home may be a work in progress, as we've seen this season of RHONY, but we can already tell it's going to be fabulous. From the outside, it looks like nothing short of a palace, and there are regal touches on the inside to match, from a huge, elegant kitchen, as you can see in this clip from this season of RHONY, to an indoor pool in the works. We can only imagine how magnificent this mansion will look when it's all done.
8. Ashley Darby's Bethany Beach Bungalow
We'd love to gather 'round the dining table at Ashley's Bethany Beach bungalow.
Though Ashley Darby's girls' weekend at her Bethany Beach bungalow in Delaware didn't turn out the way she expected, we would gladly accept an invitation to her abode. The living room and dining room are open and inviting, which you can see in this clip from this season of The Real Housewives of Potomac. There's an adorable patio seating area outside. So maybe not every room is the same size (and might not come with a working air conditioner), but we still think it's the perfect place to get away from it all with your besties for a weekend — as long as your husband doesn't crash the party.
