Shep Rose Has Sold His "Naughty Little" Downtown Charleston House
The Southern Charm cast member sold his former pad "after only 14 days on the market for the price we wanted."
After just two weeks on the market, Shep Rose's Charleston abode has sold. The Southern Charm bachelor shared the big news in a January 12 Instagram post, sharing pictures of his erstwhile digs along with a reflective caption.
"Well i did it," he wrote. "It’s done. I built and lived in this naughty little house for a few years a while back and have been renting it to friends ever since. So many fun and wild times here in downtown Charleston. So fun in fact that [I] had to move to [Isle of Palms]," he quipped.
Continuing to reflect on the house he just sold, the t-shirt maker wrote: "Sold after only 14 days on the market for the price we wanted." It didn't hurt that the house was beautifully staged for its showings.
Tagging Charleston Staging & Design, Shep showed his former bachelor pad filled with chic, modern furniture — and a few of Craig Conover's Sewing Down South pillows for a pop of color.
