Naomie Olindo Had the Most Enchanting Cookie Cake for Her Birthday (PICS)

If ever a cake could grant a wish, it would be Naomie Olindo’s stunning gateau. The Southern Charm fashion buff just celebrated her birthday a little early with the most magical cookie cake you can imagine. And in pictures from her pre-birthday party with a group of close friends, the beautifully decorated confection took center stage.
Naomie Olindo’s Enchanting Birthday Cake
In her August 2 Instagram Stories, the L’abeye founder — whose birthday is August 4 — shared a glimpse inside her pre-birthday bash. She also shared a look at her amazing cake.
Based on photos that Naomie’s pals posted, the evening began with a gorgeous charcuterie board and cocktails, followed by a lovely dinner on the patio of a Mount Pleasant home. We’ll dive into the details of the dinner later. But in the spirit of celebrating, let’s start with dessert!
When it came time to make her birthday wish, Naomie blew out the candles on a cookie cake with the following inscription: “happy birthday gnomie.”
Playing off the fairy-tale theme, the cake had sky-blue icing topped with tokens of enchanted-forest life. It was decorated with spotted red mushrooms, dainty pastel flowers, and teeny white hearts.
Another photo shared a look at the inside of the cake. From what we can tell, its magic was enhanced with plenty of chocolate chips. And to cap off the storybook vibes, the confection was served by candlelight. Feast your eyes on the delightfully decadent treat in the photos below.
Naomie Olindo’s Birthday Party
The gnome cake may have been a highlight, but there were plenty of other delicious perks at Naomie’s dinner party. As mentioned, the night started with a cocktail reception in what appeared to be a friend’s kitchen.
The kitchen island was filled with summery snacks ranging from the aforementioned charcuterie board to a gorgeous peach burrata salad. The main course, according to a customized menu, was creamy lemon chicken pasta.
Later, the party moved to an alfresco table set with blue-and-white linens, candles, and beautiful white flowers. This wasn’t just any summer dinner party: It was also a pajama party. All the guests changed into matching silky sky-blue pj sets.
