Madison Proves Hudson Is Her Twin with the Cutest Throwback Photo
The Southern Charm mom had an amusing reaction to her childhood picture: “All I see is Hudson with bangs.”

On Friday, July 7, Madison LeCroy took to Instagram to share another throwback photo from her childhood. The adorable picture showed the Southern Charm cast member smiling up at the camera while donning a green tank top, a floral skirt, a pearl-like necklace, and a half-up hairdo with bangs. Although it’s unclear when the photo was taken, Madison appeared to be around the same age as her 10-year-old son, Hudson, who obviously inherited his mother’s looks.
Madison and Hudson’s Uncanny Resemblance
“My cousin just sent me this,” she captioned the Instagram Story, “[and] all I see is Hudson with bangs.”
The Southern Charm-er wasn’t exaggerating. Hudson — whom Madison shares with her ex-husband, Josh Hughes — is the spitting image of his mom when she was a girl: same eyes, same nose, and same dimpled smile.
Madison regularly features Hudson on her Instagram page, where she shares inside looks at her career and home life. Back in November, Madison celebrated her son’s 10th birthday by posting a video montage of their most memorable moments together, including snowboarding trips, beach days, and family celebrations with Hudson's stepdad, Brett Randle.
“I want to live forever just to see what a great man you will become!” Madison captioned the post. “Happy 10th birthday baby boy.”
Madison on Her Life with Hudson: “It’s Pretty Much a Breeze”
The South Carolina native opened up about motherhood in a 2021 interview with Bravo Insider, where she shed more light on her mom duties and everyday life.
“My day-to-day routine […] was exactly what everyone was able to see [on Southern Charm],” explained Madison, who was a single parent at the time. “It’s kind of chaotic, but not in the sense [that Hudson] struggles with putting his shoes on and stuff like that. He’s very mature for his age and he makes it very easy for me to want to get up. We’re always happy, majority of the time. It’s pretty much a breeze.”
Can we expect another Madison mini-me?
Madison told Bravo Insider she was content with having one child, as Hudson made “everything so much easier and so much better.” However, it seems Madison has had a change of heart. During a July 6 Instagram Q&A, the Southern Charm mom was asked if she wanted to have any more kids with Brett, the account manager she married back in November. Madison said she would “definitely” like to expand her family, but wanted “at least one year of marriage under [her] belt” before welcoming more kids.
“I don’t want to spoil it for y’all,” she said about the possibility of more children. “You’ll just have to watch and stay tuned.”
