Fredrik Eklund might have just acquired a stunning new California home for himself and his family — but let's not forget about the equally grand pad he has in New York City. Before splitting his time between the West Coast and the East Coast, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent and his family spent most of their time in a grand Manhattan condo with views of the city that could easily compete with that of the Empire State Building. No, seriously: just take a look at the clip above.
Fredrik recently gave Bravo's Home & Design an exclusive tour of his New York City pad — and not even midway through it, we were ready to ask Fredrik if he needed any roommates! (Hey, we can dream.) As candid as can be, Fredrik warned us as soon as we walked in, "So I'm not gonna lie, I have a big, big, big apartment." Indeed, he was not lying.
In addition to having clear breathtaking views of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty(!), Fredrik's 8,000 sq. ft. condo features a luxe modern kitchen, a huge kids playroom, an art studio for his husband, Derek, six bedrooms, and a cedar sauna.
