What, did you think Josh Flagg managed to sell $2 billion in real estate by sipping martinis and scrolling his phone mindlessly over meals? Yeah, nope. And now we know just what the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent does when he's dining in a restaurant without company — and while not exactly surprising, it's even more over the top than we might have visualized. In fact, Josh's behavior appears capable of blowing even his own mind.
In a recent Instagram snap, Josh showed his table at a restaurant. Having pushed away the bread to a far corner of the table, he used the full span of the white paper table covering as a surface to crunch numbers — presumably, of course, real estate-related numbers.
He captioned the post, "This is what happens when I have lunch alone. My mind starts going all over the place." And he used the hashtags for "psycho," as well as "a beautiful mind," for the movie about a depraved math genius.

While we have no idea what those numbers mean, we assume they translate to big money. And we love Josh's old-school flair with the actual, analog (what's the word?)... pen. But what else would you expect from the numbers genius with the vintage car collection?
