Typically for Josh Altman, $20 million listings are a dime a dozen. Let’s face it: The guy who sold La Jolla, California’s most expensive home of 2019 to Alicia Keys has been there done that! But the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker’s got a new house that even he is geeking out over. Why? Well, for one it’s stunning. More importantly, however, the $20 million comes with some certified A-list neighbors… like Jennifer Aniston and Ellen DeGeneres!
Alongside a walking tour video of the 9,300-square-foot property, Josh captioned his Instagram post: “Check out Jennifer Anniston and Ellen DeGeneres’ neighbors house in Trousdale Estates!
