Tracy Tutor set out to find a buyer for an opulent Paradise Valley listing on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' August 4 episode, and while she called the property a "20,000 square-foot Arizona masterpiece," her castmates Josh Altman, David Parnes, James Harris, Josh Flagg and Million Dollar Listing New York's Fredrik Eklund did not hold back while discussing their opinions on the home.

While Altman noted on the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 12 After Show that the abode's grand ballroom was "crazy," Tracy didn't seem completely sold on the idea of having one at all. "I hate to say it, but I've seen a few ballrooms, my dad has one," she said. "How much are you really going to utilize a ballroom?" Given the current global circumstances, James had an entirely different perspective. "Oh bloody hell, who doesn't want a ballroom at home?" he said. "Especially COVID-19, baby, no clubbing anymore. You just dance away in your home ballroom."

While the group was in agreement that the expansive closet was, as Tracy put it, "pretty dope," they seemed to vehemently disagree on the unique price point for the home: $13,998,648. "64 is [the seller's] husband's lucky number," Tracy explained on the episode. "And then eight is her lucky number."

Altman bluntly stated, "I think that the price is ridiculous," as Fredrik echoed: "It almost looks like it's an error." David, meanwhile, wasn't bothered by the specific price. "A number's a number," he said. "If it's priced correctly and you market it right and negotiate it right, you're gonna get the deal done."

While Fredrik noted there are "many other ways" to incorporate a lucky number, Flagg had broader advice when it came to superstitions. "Generally I would advise my clients not to buy a house where there was a mass murder," he said. "I've had a couple. Not mass, but, you know, singles."
