Dr. Heavenly Kimes Is Teaching Her Son Zachary How to Flip Properties

Dr. Heavenly Kimes is excitedly passing her knowledge of real estate on to her son Zachary.

"If I knew at 19 everything I know now! I’d be light years ahead!" the Married to Medicine dentist, who holds a real estate license, wrote in a July 11 Instagram post, showing what she described in a hashtag as a lake house. "Teaching my son how to flip properties early." Dr. Heavenly also added the hashtags "teach a child" and "learn from my mistakes," among others. 

In the comments section of the post, Dr. Heavenly received kind words from her castmates and friends. "Love it!" Dr. Contessa Metcalfe wrote, adding the hashtag: "empire building." Married to Medicine Los Angeles' Jazmin Johnson also showed her support with a heart emoji. 

Last week, Dr. Heavenly gushed over her 19-year-old's major accomplishment in the real estate space. "I’m soo proud of my baby boy Zachary. Not only is he [a pre-med] major honor student ... He is a realtor!" she wrote. "Ready to work hard for all your real estate needs!"

In May, she also praised Zachary for his many impressive achievements in honor of his birthday. "Today is my beautiful baby boy Zachary’s birthday!!! He is 19 years old. I’m soo proud of him. He wants to be a neuro-surgeon. He’s on his way as he is a scholar in college, a Realtor, a lifeguard. And and an amazing son!!" Dr. Heavenly shared. "I love you ZACHARY. May all your dreams come true!"

While the mother-son duo look at properties to flip, Dr. Heavenly has been enjoying time at her own 14,000-square-foot home. Making the most of summer weather, she has been spending ample time in her resort-like backyard, which boasts a massive pool and a hot tub featuring multicolored lights. Last week, while relaxing in the outdoor area with Dr. Damon Kimes, Dr. Heavenly wrote: "The rain has finally stopped. Beautiful evening with my hubby!"
