Kim Zolciak-Biermann Reveals the Age She Started Dyeing Her Hair
Psst: The Don't Be Tardy mama wasn't always a blonde.
It's hard to imagine Kim Zolciak-Biermann without her signature mane of thick blonde hair. But, did you know that the Don't Be Tardy mama is actually a natural brunette? (Pause to rethink life as you know it.) Here's what she recently had to say about going blonde — and then never going back.
In a March 11 Instagram post, the "Wig" singer showed a photo of herself taking some dark brown tresses for a spin. In her caption, Kim opened up about her hairy past: "Fun facts: I had dark hair almost black until I was about 15, that’s when I started coloring it!" she shared.
And, it's no wonder The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum had an early talent for experimenting with her coif. She added: "My mom is a hairdresser so I was always playing around with color. I went blonder and blonder and have never looked back! I don’t miss the dark hair although I would take it over all my gray now any day."
