Natasha De Bourg Has a Surprising Take on Charter Guests' Elaborate Preference Sheets
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht cast member explained what she really thinks of guests who request complicated meals.
As host Andy Cohen pointed out on Watch What Happens Live, the charter guests from the March 22 episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht sent chef Natasha De Bourg on a nearly impossible mission when “two ex-husbands, their two current boyfriends and their five children" ordered "nine steaks with different sides cooked at different temperatures.” But surprisingly enough, Natasha didn't seem to mind. The chef shared her charter guest hot takes on the recent WWHL appearance, and it sounded like she has an incredibly laid-back approach.
When asked how she feels about “large parties requesting an all-plated meal instead of buffet service,” Natasha revealed that it doesn’t really bother her. “I have no problem at all,” she shared in the video above. Of course, that doesn’t mean that she and the crew will necessarily be able to pull off every single detail of the charter guests’ requests.
“Just remember, as I said, I’m a chef, I’m not a clone. I don’t do magic,” she said. “You get what you get.”
While complicated preference sheets from guests have been a source of major drama for Below Deck chefs in the past, it turns out Natasha is pretty relaxed about those as well. When asked, “Natasha, thoughts on long, extensive preference sheets? Is it better to have a checklist with which to follow or does that stifle creativity?” she replied, “I think both works. Like for me, I like to be challenged, so whatever it is would work for me. So, yeah.”
