Ranking Xscape's Greatest Hits

A definitive power ranking of the R&B group's top five songs.

What Was it Like Working With Jermaine Dupri?

'90's R&B power quartet Xscape is getting back together and to celebrate we're ranking their top five songs. There are a lot to choose from, but these five are our absolute favorites.

How to Watch

Catch up on Xscape: Still Kickin' It on Peacock or the Bravo App.

1. Just Kickin' It

There's no way that we could position the song and video that put Xscape on the map anywhere but at the number one spot. "Just Kickin' It" opens up with Kandi, LaTocha, Tiny, and Tamika clad in baggy pants and oversized tees, and we can honestly admit that we were not expecting the smooth R&B sounds that followed. Plus, the choreography was easy enough for us to memorize and cool enough for us to perform at impromptu talent shows when were growing up. 10/10.

2. Feels So Good

When Xscape wasn't wearing tomboy outfits and dancing, they were being sexy. Like, really sexy. "Feels So Good" embodies the sexiness of 90's R&B, with all the classic elements: skintight black turtlenecks, wet hair, and Jermaine Dupri. We're sold!

3. Understanding

It's impossible to talk about Xscape without talking about "Understanding." This song applicable to basically every relationship you may have, romantic, platonic, or otherwise. It has just the right amount of angst to make it a perfect song to belt out in the shower at the top of your lungs.

4. Love On My Mind

An absolutely underrated jam, "Love On My Mind" is all about being young and sexy and having fun. The ladies get down at a party that we totally would have attended in the '90s, rocking leather jackets and denim that are actually coming back in style right now.

5. Who Can I Run To?

Last but certainly not least, "Who Can I Run To?" is an Xscape classic that reminds us a lot of the girl group styles of the '60s. Like, if the Supremes wore menswear and had asymmetrical bobs and nose piercings. Iconic.

You can see Xscape reunite and perform some of their iconic songs on Xscape Still Kickin' It every Sunday night at 9/8c. Check out a preview below:
