Kandi Burruss & Andy Cohen Dissect Her RHOA Exit and Porsha Williams' Return: "Awkward"
Kandi Burruss admitted she may have some feelings when RHOA Season 16 premieres.
Kandi Burruss is entering into a new era now that she's no longer a cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but it has been bittersweet for her at times.
The Xscape songstress, who appeared on Seasons 2 through 15 of the Real Housewives series, chatted with Andy Cohen during a recent broadcast of Radio Andy about how she's feeling about her next chapter. She also reacted to Porsha Williams' return to the show.

More than two months after confirming her exit, Kandi's new normal is setting in.
"Right now, I feel free. I feel totally free, actually," she said to Andy about what it's been like to have a break from filming RHOA after 14 years on the show.
"But, Cynthia [Bailey] told me that I'm not gonna feel it until the show is on air. She said, right now, I'm living my best life, so I'm not gonna care," she continued. "But, she says [that] when the show starts airing, I'm gonna feel like, 'Oh, man, I'm not there with them.'"
Andy added, "I wonder if you'll feel it, because I also think you'll be on another show." Kandi clarified that she is already on "another scripted show."
"Yes, I know, that's what I'm talking about," he added. While Kandi is excited for this chapter, she is going to miss one big thing about RHOA.
"Even though it's a lot of drama on [RHOA], we do have our fun trips, and the different things that we did..." she continued. "Mind you, I think it's just simply because I'm used to doing it for 14 years, it's gonna feel a little awkward not seeing myself."
Kandi Burruss Reacts to Porsha Williams Returning to RHOA
Just a few days after Kandi announced her departure, Porsha confirmed that she was returning to the show after taking two seasons off. Though Porsha's announcement was a surprise to fans, Kandi was already in the loop.
"I mean, I already knew that Porsha was thinking about coming back when I was thinking about leaving, because we both talked with each other about it," Kandi explained on Radio Andy.
