Get details on where the Winter House crew resides when they're not vacationing together in Colorado.
When the Winter House cast members arrived for the first day of their Colorado getaway on the Season 3 premiere, they were blown away by their incredible vacation home. "It's a beauty!" Kyle Cooke declared, while Kory Keefer added, "This is sick." Danielle Olivera exclaimed, "this place is insane!" and newcomer Casey Craig was shocked by its size, noting it was "huge."
Although the house is certainly jaw-dropping, the group also has some pretty great homes to return to after their weeks-long vacation. Below, get the details on where Kyle, Danielle, Kory, Casey, Brian Benni, Alex Propson, Amanda Batula, Jordan Emanuel, Tom Schwartz, Katie Flood, and Malia White live when they're not in the Winter House.
Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke's Manhattan Apartment
The Summer House couple have lived in a New York City apartment for several years, and they're not ready to leave the Big Apple just yet.
“There’s been lots of talks about like, ‘How long are we going to stay in the city?’” Kyle told BravoTV.com at NBC Universal’s upfront presentation in May 2022. “You know, right now it’s a frothy real estate market, which gives me a little time.”
“I think I want to try to ride this out in New York [City] a little longer,” he continued. “I’m thinking Amanda is starting to kind of agree. Like, we don’t know, are we going to Westchester [County, New York]? Are we going to New Jersey? Connecticut? There [are] so many options. Right now, we’re still trying to build Loverboy, and we have an office now here, and I just can’t imagine a world in which we had to commute. So, TBD.”
Season 7, Episode 4 of Summer House revealed that the Loverboy office is located across the hall from Kyle and Amanda's apartment.
Danielle Olivera's Brooklyn Apartment
In 2021, the Summer House cast member and her then-boyfriend Robert Sieber moved into an apartment in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. After the couple split in 2022, Danielle shared an update on her living situation. “The apartment that Robert and I shared is now mine,” she told BravoTV.com in February. “So, not too much has changed, just some of the decor in the apartment.”
Weeks later, In a March 6 Instagram Story, Danielle revealed that she renewed her lease and planned to be in the apartment for “another [two] years.”
However, when Danielle isn't in her Brooklyn apartment, she's often spending extended periods of time in Montauk or Aspen. On the Season 3 premiere of Winter House, Danielle shared that she "lived here [in Colorado] for a while."
Where Alex Propson lives in Florida
Originally from Wisconsin, the yachtie now resides in Fort Lauderdale.
Brian Benni's apartment details
On the Season 3 premiere of Winter House, Brian explained that he also lives in Fort Lauderdale, and revealed that Alex "literally lives two miles away" from his apartment.
Tom Schwartz's Valley Village apartment
After moving out of the house he previously shared with Katie Maloney, the Minnesota native moved into a two-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. Initially, he had a hard time feeling settled there.
"I don’t need much. I’m low maintenance. I can live in a small, little apartment,” he explained on a 2022 episode of Katie’s podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me. “It’s just, living in a small, little apartment that you have to pay $3,500 a month for? It’s hard not to be salty. You know what I mean? It’s smaller than my apartment in college.”
Later, he clarified, “I’m super grateful to have a roof over my head, you know? I do like my apartment. It’s just hard to go from what we had to that.”
Where does Jordan Emanuel live?
On Season 1, Episode 1 of Summer House: Martha's Vineyard, the Baltimore, Maryland, native shared that she moved to New York City (where she still lives today) after she finished college.
Kory Keefer's home details
Kory told Malia and Katie during the October 24 episode of Winter House that he is from South Carolina. Currently, he lives in North Carolina, where he owns his CORE24 gyms.
On an April episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kory shared he plans to relocate to NYC, where his girlfriend, Samantha Feher, lives.
“Kory currently lives in Charlotte, and you’re in New York,” Andy said to Sam. “Have you had any discussions about moving to cities, or it’s too early?”
“Yeah, I think Kory’s always wanted to move to New York,” she said. “He’s a city boy in a country world right now. So it’s down the line, but yeah.” In response, Kory said, “I’ll co-sign it. Not right now, but I said I want to be in New York at some point, for sure.”
Where Casey Craig lives
The Bravo newcomer lives in NYC. On the Season 3 premiere of Winter House, Casey revealed she has also lived in Colorado while attending CU Boulder.
Where does Malia White live?
During the Season 3 Winter House premiere, Malia told Kory she's "originally from Oregon." When she and Katie aren't working on the same boat, the best friends "live in an apartment [together]."
Katie Flood's living situation
Although Katie now lives with Malia, she is originally from New Zealand. According to an October 17 Instagram post, she has spent much of the past year living in France, as has Malia.
