Chrissy Teigen Made a Cake for Kanye West... and It Didn't Go So Well
Wait until you hear the word the rapper used to describe the failed dessert.
Chrissy Teigen is tight with the Kardashian clan. (And with Luann de Lesseps, but that's another story.) So when the Cravings author stopped by the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen clubhouse on February 1, she spilled the tea on what it's like to be pals with one of the world's most famous families. Lo, and behold, the experience isn't all glitz, glamour, and posing together for selfies. It also involves some questionable cake.
During the After Show, the Lip Sync Battle host spilled the tea on one experience she had serving homemade desserts to Kanye West — or, Kim Kardashian West's husband, in KarJenner-ese.
One caller asked Teigen, a dyed-in-the-wool foodie, to describe the worst meal she'd ever eaten with a celebrity friend. "I made a bad meal for a celebrity friend before," Teigen quickly confessed. "I made a cheesecake for Kanye [West]. It was very bad." Watch the clip above to find out how the rapper reacted to the decidedly non-sweet surprise (the cute anecdote falls around the 4:00 mark).
And, by the way, Andy also had some dirt on how Teigen and her husband John Legend eat: "Like pigs," he said, laughing. The WWHL host recalled eating with the couple in St. Barts one evening, when Teigen ordered "everything on the menu." Now, that's one dinner party we'd love to join, even if the dessert is bad.
