With her wedding to Jax Taylor coming right up, Brittany Cartwright is busily tending to the last details of wedding planning. Those who have been there can attest: Those seating charts do not play, and there's usually that relative who has a cute little last-minute request (can my twins have gluten-free cake?) But through it all, the Vanderpump Rules bride-to-be is staying calm with some help from an old Kentucky standby.
A few days before the wedding, Jax snapped some Instagram Stories of his soon-to-be wife bellied up to the bar with her maid of honor. With a horse portrait hanging in the background, the scene at The Castle was already very Kentucky. But then, it got even more so.
"Ripping some Kentucky bourbon," Jax wrote about his fiancee. For his part, the soon-to-be groom ordered up a cheeseburger and fries. "When you're the groom you get to eat what you want when you want!" he noted. Fair enough.
