Stassi Schroeder Is "So Shook" and "Rattled" by Beau Clark's Snack Choice
The Vanderpump Rules star described her fiancé's food pick as "the most bizarre after-dinner dessert snack."
Whether Beau Clark is putting his twist on French bread pizza, whipping up a romantic dinner for two, or creating a specialty cocktail in honor of his fiancée, it's safe to say Stassi Schroeder tends to be a fan of her love's choices in the kitchen. However, the Vanderpump Rules star was recently shocked to discover Chef Beau-ar-Dee's late night snack of choice.
"What are you doing?" she asked Beau in an Instagram Story video. "What is this?"
When he replied he was eating sardines, Stassi jokingly asked: "I'm marrying a man who snacks on sardines?"
"You know what?" Beau said as he went to open the tin of small fish, which he seemingly planned to top with the hot sauce also on the table. "Yeah."
"I am so shook. I'm rattled," Stassi said. "I'm questioning every decision I've made that has led me to this point."
Beau, meanwhile, didn't see what all of the fuss was about. "Calm down," he said. "You can put oysters in your mouth but you can't have a freakin' sardine?" (As it turns out, Stassi has previously shed some light on Beau's oyster eating habits as well!)
Still, Stassi couldn't quite move past what was happening in front of her, noting: "This is the most bizarre after-dinner dessert snack."
While Stassi took a moment to give her groom-to-be a lighthearted hard time about his snack, Beau recently teased Stassi after her attempt at cooking chicken marsala went awry. "It's like Barney the Dinosaur's food," Beau said at the time as he stared in bewilderment at the purple poultry in front of him. "Um, it's ... purple. And I love the fact that you were cooking, Stassi. But, um..."
