See Lala Kent's Most Memorable Hairstyles
The Vanderpump Rules cast member has rocked various hair colors, cuts, and lengths — and even tried out wigs.
Lala Kent knows how to put together a head-turning beauty look. The Vanderpump Rules cast member has her own makeup and skincare line, Give Them Lala Beauty, and she routinely appears on red carpets with the fiercest glam. She’s also not afraid to get (and be open about) cosmetic enhancements, ranging from Botox to getting her left ear surgically pinned back.
Another way she plays with her style is through her hair. Since Lala first appeared on the show in Season 4, she’s changed her hairstyle quite a bit. She's given us variety when it comes to color and length, she’s chopped bangs into her look, and she’s even experimented with wigs.
Here are some of Lala’s most memorable hairstyles throughout the years.
Lala Kent's Ombré Hairstyle
After having icy blonde hair in Vanderpump Rules Season 10, Lala made a subtle change to her hair color in August 2023. She slightly darkened her shoulder-length hair color, which was the darkest at the roots and became lighter towards the bottom, creating an ombré effect.
Lala Kent With Bangs
Ocean’s mom debuted a subtle but impactful change to her beauty look in the summer of 2022: She added wispy bangs to her hairstyle. At first, it seemed Lala was feeling unsure about her new look. “These bangs are making me vulnerable AF,” she captioned a July 14, 2022, photo of her ‘do.
However, now it appears the bangs stood the test of time – she was still rocking them (on and off) in 2023.
Lala Kent's Long Pink Wig for Tom Sandoval’s Birthday
The Vanderpump Rules cast loves a themed party, and Tom Sandoval’s July 2019 birthday fête was no exception. The theme of the evening was “extra” — and everyone was instructed to come dressed as the most extra version of themselves.
For her part, Lala teamed up with hairstylist and colorist Bradley Leake and Maura Herman to create a whimsical pink-themed look, which included waist-length, cascading curly pink strands with dark roots.
Lala Kent's Green Wig for Pride 2019
To commemorate Los Angeles Pride in June 2019, Lala crafted the perfect colorful look, which included a bright green wig. She played off the bold hair color by using green tones in her makeup as well.
Lala Kent's Bed Head
She woke up like this! In an August 2019 Instagram Story, Lala shared a look at her bedhead. “I’m so down for my bedhead. You wanna know why? I used to be embarrassed of it,” she said in her Story. “That’s a stupid thing to be embarrassed of. But guess what? When you have bedhead it means that you slept like a five-star rock star."
Lala Kent's Super Long Blonde Hair
After dyeing her hair dark brown in 2018, Lala decided to bring back her blonde hair.
"I think I’m a blondie, guys. I think I need to switch back," Lala told BravoTV.com in December 2018, right before starting the transition. "I enjoyed the dark hair, blondes definitely have more fun, so we’re wrapping it up with the brunette, moving on to blonde again."
By May 2019, her hair was fully back to blonde and, with the help of some elbow-length extensions, it was looking longer and more luscious than ever.
Lala Kent with Curly Bangs
In 2019, the curly bang trend was going strong and Lala was quick to try out the style. In February of that year, she shared a peek at a voluminous hairstyle with ringlet curls in her Instagram Story. She added large gold hoop earrings and shimmering copper eye shadow to further amp up her look.
Lala Kent with Brown Hair
In May 2018, Lala decided her dye her hair brown — and she described the change in the most Lala way ever. "Usually when I'm blonde, I'm sweeter and the dark hair is more harsh. But I actually feel the opposite," she explained in an Instagram Live. "I feel like my dark hair has made me not so much of like, the home-wrecking whore look."
Lala Kent's Dirty Blonde Hair from Season 4
Vanderpump Rules fans first met Lala when she started working as a hostess at SUR in Season 4, which premiered in 2015. Back then, she had dirty blonde highlighted hair with darker roots.
