Beau Clark Reveals His "Skinny Spicy Strawberryrazz Stassi-rita" Drink Recipe
Stassi Schroeder's fiancé created a five-ingredient drink in her honor, and it looks amazing.
While Tom Sandoval is whipping up "quarantinis" and Danica Dow is putting a "Boozy AF" twist on the whipped coffee trend, Vanderpump Rules' Beau Clark recently created a drink inspired by his fiancée, Stassi Schroeder. Of course, in true Chef Beau-ar-Dee fashion, the drink looks amazing.
"Skinny Spicy Strawberryrazz Stassi-rita!" Beau wrote on his Instagram account dedicated to what he's working on in the kitchen. "Aka 'The S Cuatro.'"
The summery drink includes just five ingredients: tequila, strawberries, raspberries, jalapeños, and lime juice. Salt and ice are also optional additions.
Making the beverage is a quick and simple process. "Muddle or squeeze jalapeño with lime juice," Beau explained in the photo's caption. "Blend with fruit. Salt or no salt rim. Ice or no ice."
Beau often takes his love's culinary preferences into consideration. Last year, he put a twist on frozen pizza by adding a variety of ingredients, including Stassi's beloved Ranch dressing. "These are my 'Make Em Bettas,'" he said in a video tutorial at the time, panning to other ingredients, including black olives, parmesan, mozzarella, mushrooms, and jalapeños. "Use your favorite pizza. . . And then you just add some extras. . . and ya make 'em better."
While Beau has certainly been making good use of the couple's newly-renovated kitchen, Stassi has also used the space to bake a sweet treat in honor of her fiancé. On Beau's 40th birthday in March, Stassi shared the "quarantine cake" she made, noting that due to being homebound amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the cake was "the best I can do right now."
Beau was clearly taken aback upon seeing Stassi hard at work on the dessert, as he questioned aloud in his own video: "Who are you?" to which she quipped: "I'm a baker."
Stassi was ultimately beyond proud of the cake, declaring it "a freakin' homemade masterpiece."
