Ally Lewber Shares a Sweet Look at James Kennedy's "Happy Place" at Home
The Vanderpump Rules DJ has a special place in the new home he shares with his girlfriend.
James Kennedy and Ally Lewber's new house has a stunning pool, a spacious backyard, and its very own music studio, but there's one place in the home the Vanderpump Rules DJ seems to be especially fond of.
In a September 18 Instagram Story, Ally snapped a photo of James standing in the kitchen getting ready to cook a meal. "In his happy place," she wrote. Although she didn't share details on what James was cooking that day, the ingredients in front of him included a red onion, garlic, tomatoes, and pasta.
James has always been a fan of cooking at home. While he and Ally gave a tour of their former rental apartment in the video above, James explained, "I do a lot of cooking, you know? Ally doesn't cook at all. I do all the cooking."
Part 2 of Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up Edition (a Peacock-exclusive version of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion) showed a peek inside James and Ally's new home, including the kitchen. The room has wood cabinets, sleek white countertops, and windows that let in a great amount of natural light.
The couple has gotten settled into the home in recent months, and, as James told BravoTV.com in June, he and Ally were planning to spend their time “hanging out at the pool, working out, meditat[ing], and [enjoying] good food" together.

After living with Ally in the apartment shown in the video above, James revealed during the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion that he had recently purchased a house for the first time. "I've been renting apartments in Los Angeles, like, literally for 12 or 13 years," he said. "Finally, James Kennedy has bought a house."
During the June interview with BravoTV.com, James shared that as they were getting settled in, Ally was "amazing" in terms of interior design. “She’s decorated the whole place,” he said proudly.
The outdoor space, however, is where James has been focusing his attention. “I love my garden,” he said, adding that he was remodeling his backyard. “I’m in very much, like, dad mode. Not dad mode, but you know what I mean? I’ve got a house now. Very grown up!”
