Brittany Cartwright Sets the Rumors Straight: Did She Get Her Lips Done?

So far Brittany Cartwright's batted down rumors about a nose job and explained why she had slightly puffy cheeks on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Now the Vanderpump Rules beauty's vacation selfie showing off her natural beauty (freckles and all) has sparked claims that she's gotten lip injections. 

Brittany dived into the comments to set the record straight over attacks from trolls accusing her of altering her looks. "I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE TOUCHED MY LIPS! This is insane!!!!! Y'all are mean as hell," she wrote, calling out one person who wrote that she got lip filler.

She even created an Instagram Story to talk about the lip filler rumors, and she had a sense of humor about it all. "I'm actually getting kind of honored that you guys think I got my lips done, because I think they are tiny as heck, but hey," Brittany joked in the video today. "Making me feel like I got some big ones over here, because I definitely did not."

This is something that's been on Brittany's mind for a while. "I haven't had any plastic surgery on my face," she told Glamour last month. "No matter what I've done, I would tell it. I had my boobs done on national TV, so let's be real. I'm not hiding anything. I had Botox once six months ago. I don’t even know if it’s still in there anymore. I had Kybella under my chin a while ago. But I also lost 25 pounds. I hate when people say I got a nose job or my lips done, because I lose weight in my face."  

She told the magazine that she tries to appeal to cyberbullies' sense of humanity, and she did that again with the most recent controversy, writing: "It's really sad actually and I pray you all find more positive things to do with your day."
