Padma Lakshmi Discovered Jell-O You Can Eat *and* Play with and We're All Confused
The Bravo's Top Chef judge is begging someone to "please explain" this phenomenon.
As a judge on Bravo's Top Chef, Padma Lakshmi has exposed her palate to many an experimental food item. Some of those foods have earned raves, winning their creators points for innovation. But based on Padma's reaction to an unexpected grocery item, we're guessing whoever created this wouldn't be named Top Chef.
In an October 9 Instagram Story, the judge shared a photo of a rather bizarre creation called Jello Play. With options such as edible vanilla sand and edible lime grass, the dubious snacks left Padma wanting some more information. "Have y'all seen this?" she asked in her caption. "Please explain."
Well, at least — as advertised on the packaging — these snacks have no saturated fat? So there's that!
