While Robyn Dixon recently revealed she and Juan Dixon will be moving to a new house, it turns out that The Real Housewives of Potomac couple is in the process of constructing their dream home from the ground up.

"We actually are building a house. We just got the permits so they're gonna break ground very soon," Robyn said on Part 3 of the RHOP Season 5 Reunion. "And then hopefully we'll be done by May."

On RHOP's Season 5 premiere, the couple discussed feeling ready to move on from their home. "Do you feel like we're outgrowing this house?" Robyn asked at the time, to which Juan replied, "I felt like that a long time ago."

As of summer 2020, it seemed they were making great progress with finding a new house. "We'll probably be in a new place by, like, Season 6, whenever that happens," Robyn said on an August episode of The Daily Dish podcast. "During the pandemic, I spent a lot of time trying to figure out our next move and we solidified it...If everything goes well, we'll be in the new place soon."
