Gizelle Bryant Spills the Details of Her Fitness Routine

"I know how to make my body better," The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member said.

On the August 22 episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, the group partook in some water aerobics led by an unexpected instructor. It was none other than Gizelle Bryant, clad in a fabulous zebra-print swimsuit.

In her interview, Gizelle shared her qualifications. "I have incorporated, into my exercise routine, swimming," Gizelle shared. "So I'm in a pool three times a week. And I know how to make my body better — all of this — by my swimming." Then, referencing her fellow 'Wives, Gizelle quipped: "Bitches, y'all need help, OK? Get in the pool, and let me show you what to do." 

While Karen Huger and Mia Thorton opted to cheer the swimmers on from poolside loungers, most of the ladies did in fact get in the pool. During Gizelle's class, the so-called "swim cap gang" used water weights and aced their flutter kicks. They even did some synchronized twerking. Indeed, it seems that Gizelle knows exactly what to do in the pool.
