Back in September, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan was feeling the effects of empty-nest syndrome. With her two kids off to college, The Real Housewives of Potomac mama was a little lonely, and she admitted in a soul-baring Instagram post that a part of her felt "empty." But by the time holiday season rolled around, Charisse had found a way to warm her soul — and her freshly pedicured feet.
In a mid-December post, the mother of two shared a photo that brought our staying-in dreams to life. (Going out is overrated. Seriously.) With her feet up on a furry brown pillow, Charrisse warmed her pink toes by a roaring fireplace. Though the picture didn't show a glass of wine or a juicy novel, the image conjured that kind of night: just dreaming by the fireplace and soaking up all the cozy vibes... not to mention the warmth.
In her caption, Charrisse wrote: "Baby, it’s cold outside!!! Current situation: Thawing out my toes." She added: "Stay warm my beautiful friends." We plan to heed her advice all winter long.
