When it comes to rocking some sparkle, Candiace Dillard Bassett always knows how to shine.
In November 2022, we caught up with The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member when she attended the extravagant wedding of The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia in a sparkling one-shoulder black gown with a high leg slit. Candiace let the stunning sheath do all the talking, pairing the look with a small silver bracelet and black strappy heels.
What’s more, Candiace turned heads yet again in February when she attended the Recording Academy Honors presented by the Black Music Collective. For the occasion, the “Drive Back” singer stunned on the black carpet in a sequin-embellished black column dress with skinny spaghetti straps by Alice + Olivia ($1,495). Candiace paired that style with a low chignon with soft, face-framing pieces, topping things off with glamorous red lipstick.
In addition to donning some smoldering, shimmering dresses, Candiace also likes to bring out the dazzle with some striking beauty details.

On August 14, Candiace took to her Instagram Stories to share some behind-the-scenes details before her show on her Deep Space tour. While making tea, the songstress put her gorgeous manicure on display, giving us major manicure envy.
In the photo, Candiace held the tag of a tea bag that stated, “Balance of head and heart yields strength of character.” While we appreciated the grounding wisdom, we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off the Maryland resident’s nails: a full set of long, pointed talons with a shimmery, iridescent silver polish.
The stunning polish had us wondering what Candiace was wearing for her show to pair perfectly with those sparkly nails? We’ll have to stay tuned…
Candiace Dillard Bassett’s Concert Look
The playful manicure is another style stop we recently made with Candiace, who just last week attended a Beyoncé concert in a memorable look.
On August 6, the R&B singer took to Instagram to share her outfit details: a white sparkly beaded bra top paired with baggy black satin pants. “[Beyoncé] (And [her daughter] Blue) did what needed to be done,” Candiace captioned an edited video of herself showing off her fun and flirty style. The Mississippi native also wore a striking red lip and bejeweled cat-eye frames.
“Thank you for your service to us! Lol,” Candiace concluded, also posing with her mom, Dorothy, in the video, who wore a tangerine-colored look for the evening.
