Karen: I Haven't Given up on Ashley, Yet

Bravotv.com: Were you surprised that Charrisse called you delusional and accused you of saying you were the star of the show?
Karen Huger: I was very surprised and disappointed Charrisse misinterpreted our private conversation. Charrisse had expressed to me in several occasions during taping the season that she was not pleased with the direction in which the show was going. I suggested that she interview alone on the local networks so that she could be the sole reality star of those interviews and have her voice heard. I was simply being a friend in her time of need. I don't even think Charrisse understands what she's doing or saying right now; apparently she's in a very bad place. I wish her all the best.
Bravotv.com: Tell us about having The Black Bill Gates, Ray, come out and discuss your drama. What do you think about Michael saying you were speaking for Ray on the golf course?
KH: I'm not sure whether Ashley could not or just simply chose not to understand that I was uncomfortable and Michael didn't seem to understand what he did was wrong by showing up unexpectedly. Ray felt the same way I did about the situation. I thought it appropriate that Ray would talk to Michael and maybe help him understand why that was a issue.
Michael was all wrong. Ray and I have been married for 20 years and we don't speak for one another. Ray speaks for himself, quite brilliantly I might add.
Bravotv.com: What were you thinking confronting Ashley and Michael on the Bethany Beach drama and when Andy asked about your ejaculation comments? How were you feeling towards Ashley by the end of the Reunion?
KH: When Andy addressed the comment, I explained to him that I was just repeating what Ashley had told me and merely encouraging them to have the baby that they were saying they want to have. Ashley then would understand the trials and tribulations and joys of raising a child and a mother's desire to protect her child at all costs.
While I was disappointed with many of Ashley's comments I haven't given up on her, yet.
Bravotv.com: If there’s anything you can go back and do differently, what would it be and why?
KH: I would change the time and place in which to address Gizelle concerning the birthday seating arrangement. I should've had a one-on-one with her in private.
