The Real Housewives of Potomac beauty just changed up her tresses in such a major way, our jaws just hit the floor.
We're always interested in seeing how our favorite beauty muses switch up their hairstyles throughout the year. Typically, that change involves a cut or a color, and sometimes the swap-up isn't all that discernable. After all, lots of beauty buffs chop off just a couple of inches for easier maintenance during the summertime, or toss in some subtle highlights to lighten things up.
But, Robyn Dixon's new hairdo is dramatically different than anything else we've ever seen her wear. We're still reeling from how different her new look is — watch the video above to see Robyn explain why she decided to go for the dramatic chop.
To back up a bit, The Real Housewives of Potomac beauty hinted at her new style with a July 13 Instagram post that simply read: "Change is great." The post showed a photo of Robyn's snipped of tresses, but it didn't let on just how much shorter her new 'do is ...
We didn't have to wait long to see the complete effect, though. On July 15, the Potomac pal posted this:
"New hair, same me," she wrote, to caption a photo of herself that showed off a super textured, super blonde pixie cut. How amazing does she look?
When chatting with The Lookbook recently at the RHOP reunion taping (watch the video above to see the full interview), Robyn admitted that those closest to her are still adjusting to the change — but that they're certainly not against it. In fact, her son referred to the new 'do as "dope." We'll second that!
