Eddie Judge is hardly a stranger to clean eating. After all, The Real Housewives of Orange County husband co-owns a gym, so that means he's pre-tty serious about fitness. But, now that Eddie's had to address issues with his heart health, he's perhaps more focused than ever about maintaining a healthy eating regime. So, would he consider going vegan?

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

When Eddie posted a photo of a recent meal he was tucking into, a fan wrote in a question asking about his current stance on meat. The photo showed a "Farmhouse salad," which was filled with veggies such as broccoli, cucumbers, and lettuce.

In his caption, Eddie left this upbeat review: "It’s packed with so many nutrient dense calories. All incredibly good for you. Enjoy and take care of your heart."

This looks rather delicious, right?

But, back to the topic of Eddie's habits with meat and other animal products. "Are you vegan now [?]," one fan wrote. "I eat mainly vegan after my heart bypass surgery and it keeps me very healthy. Good cholesterol and blood pressure etc."

A little field research: We did spot some eggs and what appears to be a little cheese on Eddie's salad, so it would appear that even the salad wasn't entirely vegan. And another recent food snap let on that Eddie was eating ahi tuna spring rolls:

But the CUT Fitness co-owner elaborated on his diet even more in his response to the fan's Instagram question: "No [I'm not vegan,]" he wrote. "I eat less animal meat but limit my meat consumption to maybe 2-3 times per week. I just feel so much better when I eat healthy." Amen to that!
