The Real Housewives of Orange County alum admitted that it's hard, but she still does it multiple times a day.

Meghan King Edmonds is self-quarantined in California with her three young kids, and her kitchen has become an ad-hoc toddler cafe. On Instagram, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has shown us the homemade lemon cake she's whipped up for a tasty snack, as well as the from-scratch pancakes she made for a recent weekend breakfast. There's also been Shake Shack-style patty melts, fresh fruit snacks, and chocolate milk perfectly tailored to a 3-year-old's finicky tastes. Needless to say, Meghan has feelings on spending all this time in the kitchen, and she let them all out in an April 28 TikTok.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The video showed the podcast host dancing around her kitchen, wearing an exasperated expression as she pulled out a pot, a dish towel, and oven mitts. Lip syncing to a rousing Wayne Kirkpatrick song, Meghan mouthed: "It's sexy, but it's hard. This bar that I'm raising to be this amazing! It's hard."

Riffing off the lyrics in her caption, the St. Louis native wrote: "Cooking during quarantine has me like: 'Oh don’t make me do it, don’t make me go through it! It’s hard! It’s SEXY but it’s hard!'" Turning to her followers for words of wisdom, Meghan asked: "How are y’all handling this whole 'cooking' thing? Especially after cooking every single day during quarantine?!"

Even though Meghan admits to the struggles that come with being a personal chef for three tots (hello, messy countertops), she's also trying to see the bright side of her self-quarantine. In an April 15 Instagram post about making proverbial lemonade out of lemons, she wrote:

"So how do we make that lemonade? ...being grateful for things like waking up every morning without the mad rush out the door, extra quality time with your kids (or yourself), technology to virtually connect with anyone, and taking this worldly pause as a sign to focus on you."
