Heather & Terry Dubrow Moved Into a Stunning Rental After Their $55M Home Sale: See Inside
The RHOC couple leased a four-bedroom home in Orange County after selling their iconic house.
When Josh Altman and Heather Altman told Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow that their iconic home had sold for $55 million, The Real Housewives of Orange County couple was beyond excited — but also a bit concerned about where they would go next.
Although Heather and Terry had recently purchased a Los Angeles penthouse, Heather explained on Season 17 Episode 12, "Our L.A. apartment is a two-bedroom apartment...That was supposed to be for me and Terry for someday. Not for now, and not with all of those children." However, Josh explained, "Heather [Altman] is going to help Heather [Dubrow] find a perfect lease."
Unsurprisingly, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple delivered on that promise. In the clip above, which is a preview of RHOC's Season 17 finale, Heather revealed that she and Terry had moved into a temporary new home in Orange County after a brief stay in a hotel. "Thank goodness Josh and Heather Altman found us this rental," she said. "We took a six-month lease because it's the middle of the school year, and Terry's practice is in Orange County, so we're pretty dug in here in OC."

As the clip shows, the 5,000-square-foot house is set up for indoor-outdoor living with a spacious living room that leads directly outside, a beautiful kitchen, and a cozy fireplace. There are also four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
Heather Dubrow clarifies her living situation
Although Heather hasn't shared if she and Terry are still in the rental home or have since moved, she did recently clarify that the couple still has a home in Orange County in addition to their Los Angeles apartment.
“We didn’t actually move [to Century City], we bought a place there, and that’s supposed to be a place for me and Terry to live someday, like when the kids leave. So, there’s a little bit of a misconception here,” she told The Wrap in April. “We are actually still living in Orange County. Our kids go to school there. We’re still in Orange County.”
In July, the couple made another big real estate move when they bought a house in Beverly Hills. “BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned a July 24 Instagram post that leaned into a Barbie-related content trend. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…).”
While chatting with Entertainment Tonight, Heather added, “It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate."
