Heather & Terry Dubrow Just Bought a “Legendary” New Home in Beverly Hills: Details
“The Dubrow dream house is officially underway,” The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared.
After saying goodbye to their iconic house (see it in the video above), Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow are ready to build their next incredible home.
“BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned a July 24 Instagram post that leaned into the recent Barbie-related content trend. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…)”
While speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Heather added, “It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate,” she said.
Details on Heather and Terry Dubrow’s New Beverly Hills House
According to ET, the couple’s new 9,000-square-foot house sits on 8.2 acres. Because the property is near the Beverly Hills Hotel, Heather and Terry plan to frequent the hotel’s restaurant, The Polo Lounge, on a regular basis. “It will be like our diner,” she joked.
Heather and Terry Dubrow’s Other Properties
In addition to their most recent home purchase, Heather and Terry also have the luxe Los Angeles penthouse apartment they bought in 2022 and still have a home in Orange County.
“We didn’t actually move [to Century City]. We bought a place there, and that’s supposed to be a place for me and Terry to live someday. Like when the kids leave,” she explained. “We are actually still living in Orange County. Our kids go to school there. We’re still in Orange County.”
In an interview with The Wrap published on June 28, Heather explained why she was looking for another new property after buying the penthouse.
“What’s cool is when we sold the house, we’re like newlyweds again. Where are we going? What are we doing? The possibilities are endless,” she said. “So we’re really exploring all possibilities. And plus, I love design. I’m not really looking to build ground-up right now. But I am looking for a new reno project, and so I’ve been looking in Orange County and Beverly Hills. Like we were talking about the universe, we’re gonna see what opens up.”
