Heather Dubrow Reveals Her Beauty "Fail" That Terry Still Talks About to This Day
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member opened up about one past red-carpet style that her husband "hated."
Dr. Terry Dubrow often gushes about Heather Dubrow's style, including her wardrobe or interior design choices. However, there's one look The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member rocked on a past red carpet that Terry wasn't exactly a fan of, and he's still talking about it more than two decades later.
Heather Dubrow's People's Choice Awards 2000 Look
On the September 27 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Heather and fellow guest Jenny McCarthy were looking back at some of their past fashion choices during a game of "Versace or Hibachi?"
When a photo of Heather at the People's Choice Awards in 2000 popped onto the screen, Jenny said, "That's nice," but there was one part of the look that Heather (and, as it turns out, Terry) didn't love.
"That [dress] was Valentino, and Terry hated the hair so bad he still talks about it to this day," Heather shared.
Looking at Heather's spaghetti-strap semi-sheer white lace dress, Andy declared, "That's a great dress," and Heather agreed. "The dress was great," she said. "The hair was a little bit of a fail. But we won [an award that night]."
Despite the hairdo in question, Heather, Jenny, and Andy unanimously agreed that her look for the evening, which included a bold red lip and a sparkly necklace, fell into the "Versace" category, meaning it was a keeper.
Heather Dubrow's RHOC Season 17 Reunion Dress
More recently, Heather donned another buzzed-about look, this time for The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 reunion. When preparing for the dramatic sit-down, Heather told BravoTV.com, “I wanted to feel like me,” and was aiming to give “classic Heather” vibes with her look. Ultimately, she decided on a gorgeous black cutout Chiara Boni dress that she paired with black strappy heels from Gianvito Rossi and sparkly jewels by Martin Katz.
Her signature sleek hairstyle for the day was done by Scott King, and her makeup, including shimmery smoky eyes and bold pink lip color, was done by Ashley Bello.
