Gina Shows the Beautiful Outdoor Space at Her & Travis’ Home — but There’s an Issue
RHOC’s Gina Kirschenheiter shared a look at her patio while joking about some ongoing plant problems.
In the video above, Gina Kirschenheiter gives a tour of her home, which includes a “really nice” kitchen, “proper workspace,” and living area with a “chic” couch. Although we don’t see much of her patio beyond a quick peek in the clip, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member recently shared a closer look at the beautiful outdoor space.
In a May 30 Instagram Story video, Gina showed the patio’s heat lamp, sofa, umbrella, and wood table. While the setup looked incredibly relaxing, Gina explained that she and her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, were experiencing a bit of an issue there.
Detailing the “school project” struggle she and Travis were dealing with, Gina showed “the most well-attended cups of dirt ever,” and explained, “We’ve been tending to these cups of dirt for a month now. Nothing’s sprouting.”
“How long will we water these ‘seedlings’ aka cups of dirt?” she continued in a caption before joking, “We are basically farmers.”
Although the couple isn’t exactly thriving when it comes to helping some of their combined six kids with this particular school project, they’ve had much more success with other home-related projects. Earlier this year, Gina opened up to Bravo Insider about how she and Travis renovated their house. After building a “beautiful dining area” and extending their kitchen island to be “three times [its previous] size” (among other changes), Gina declared the transformation has been “a total game-changer.”
“The way that our home was set up before was not really conducive to a family with six children,” she explained. “So that was most of the thought process with changing it. So everything is stunningly beautiful, but it’s also very functional for us as a family.”
