Emily Simpson Shows the Sweet "Last Meal" Husband Shane Made Her Before Surgery
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom shared a look at how her husband cared for her leading up to her recent surgery.
Emily Simpson has a knack for serving up sweet snacks. We've seen her dish out the cutest miniature cupcakes at a holiday bash, and her daughter Annabelle's 6th birthday cake was pure unicorn magic. But as it turns out, Emily's husband, Shane, is also pretty skilled in the sweets department.
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member recently underwent breast implant removal surgery and a reverse tummy tuck. The night before, Emily had to stop eating at midnight — and her S.O. made sure that her last pre-surgery snack would keep any sugar cravings at bay.
To caption a photo of her hubby holding up a decadent milkshake, the mother of two wrote: "Look what Shane just brought me! He made it for me. It's my last meal because I can't eat past midnight tonight."
Then, setting the treat up for a glamour shot that showed off its whipped-cream topping and goopy fudge swirls, Emily wrote: "It's so pretty!"
