One such instance occurred on Season 17 Episode 11 of The Real Housewives of Orange County for an event with the California Innocence Project, where Emily volunteers. In addition to Gina supporting her friend’s honorable work with the organization, the ladies also stunned in eye-popping styles, with Emily donning a long-sleeved purple lamé minidress and Gina rocking a hot pink ankle-length one-shoulder sheath.
More recently, the gals linked up in New York City for an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, serving incredible looks in the process.

On September 6, Emily and Gina stopped by the Clubhouse to dish on Season 17 of RHOC (ahead of the upcoming reunion) and showed off their style. Gina sparkled in a crop top and matching skirt that featured a shimmery green, black, and purple pattern and paired her outfit with chocolate-colored pointed-toe booties.
The blonde beauty, who wore her shoulder-length tresses in a lightly tousled style, also sported a chic black manicure and added dazzling accessories from Nicole Rose Jewelry.
Emily, for her part, stunned in a gold one-shoulder sheath from Norma Kamali, pairing her thigh-grazing style with clear Gianvito Rossi mules, a thick gold choker-style necklace, and sparkly Chanel earrings.
Both ladies took to their Instagram Stories to give their followers close-up views of their glam. Gina sported gorgeous shimmery bronze smoky eyes, luscious lashes, and a peachy pink lip by Caroline Blanchard, while Emily also brought out the shimmer with green and gold eyeshadow, pink blush, and a beautiful pink lip by Katrina D’Onofrio. The California mom wore her highlighted brunette locks in a flirty ponytail with a deep side part by Julius Michael.
Emily Simpson’s Lifestyle Changes
Back in July, Emily made another appearance on WWHL and was complimented by host Andy Cohen, who pointed out her body transformation over the past few months. In addition to detailing her fitness and eating routines on the episode, Emily often takes to Instagram to share more elements of her lifestyle changes with fans.
On September 2, the OC attorney conducted another social media Q&A session with her followers, where many asked how her exercise regimen has changed.
“I’ve always worked out (except while filming last season I didn’t work out once and I’ll never do that again),” she wrote. “I used to work out 3-4 times a week. I walked a lot. Mostly lifted light weights. Now I work out 6-7 times a week. I always start with 20-30 minute of cardio on the elliptical (level 10) and then about an hour of weight lifting.”
