People Said Heather Dubrow Is "Too Old" for a Sheer Top — Here's Her Response
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum said, "there were no nipples! It was fine, wasn't it? I'm really that old, seriously?"
When Heather Dubrow hit up the premiere of Dirt, she dressed how anyone should when taking in a a flick about Mötley Crüe: Like a rockstar.
If you recall, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum wore a sheer, leopard-print top over a black bra; she also donned a leather skirt. And though her youngest daughter Coco called her look "too sexy," we think it was just right for the night. Not everyone agrees.
The night after the premiere, Heather took to Instagram Stories to share the fashion feedback she'd received. "So there were a lot of comments about my outfit last night, right here on good old 'gram, saying that I was too old to wear the outfit," the former 'Wife said. Um, what?
"Some people said I look hot, so thank you," Heather continued. "I thought I was sort of age-appropriate rocker, you didn't think so? I mean, I was wearing tights and a leather skirt, but I was wearing tights and boots. And then I had that sheer leopard shirt on with the bra underneath, but there were no nipples! It was fine, wasn't it? I'm really that old, seriously?"
Later on, Heather gave the haters what they asked for: A look that had nothing sheer about it. Posting a new photo of herself wearing a black top, Good American jeans, and nude heels, she joked in the caption: "Headed to [Entertainment Tonight] in my AGE APPROPRIATE outfit!"
Take that, trolls! And for the record, Heather, we think you can rock a sheer top as well as anyone can.
