And now, Heather's giving us another glimpse at her rock-hard abs in a bikini photo that even she admits is hot.
In a recent Instagram snap taken in Saint Tropez, The Dubrow Diet co-author posed with a pal in a skimpy white swimsuit. "I'm hot," she wrote in her caption. And while the cheeky phrase was a play on the fan she was holding, it's also a cold hard fact. Seriously, could Heather be any more toned?
The diet expert didn't just pack one bikini, of course. In another snap, she showed off her chiseled frame in a light-blue 'suit.
