The Real Housewives of Orange County mom says she's starting "to feel stronger and in better shape."
Emily Simpson's been upping her fitness game lately, doing squats and weighted stair climbs. But her new trainer just gave her a whole new assignment: take a swimsuit selfie to celebrate all of The Real Housewives of Oranges County mom's hard work.
Emily is vacationing in Maui with her little ones, and the scenery looks so picture perfect — as does Emily in her wild animal print one-piece. "Momma and baby Luke enjoying one on one time in paradise," she wrote in the caption showing off her classic $186 leopard-print swimsuit from Miraclesuit.
"Bathing suit photo encouraged by @paulinastein who has helped me lose some inches and start to feel stronger and in better shape," she wrote, shouting out her trainer Paulina Taylor Hefferan. "I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be. But I’m enjoying the journey. Now where’s that Pina Colada?"
Cheers to that! The body-positive advocate recently shared that she's "already down 10 pounds" as a result of all her workouts, as she tries to get more active after a flare-up with arthritis.
