A lot has changed for Alexis Bellino in the last year or so. Post her divorce, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is dating a new man (boyfriend Andy Bohn), sporting a few piercings, and, now, she’s adding a shocking hair hue to the mix. The blonde beauty and mother-of-three took to Instagram on June 26 to share a snap of her recently dyed strands alongside her two daughters — who were both rocking fresh blue and purple locks.
Alexis showed off the pretty pink streaks in her signature honey blonde hair, but it was the message she shared with her daughters that stole the show. In the caption, Alexis champions her family’s edgier style, adding, “Be you. Be unique. Blue. Pink. Purple. No color matters. Only heart matters.” This isn’t the first time Alexis has taken beauty cues from her kids. Alexis totally twinned with one of her daughters donning matching blue nails with added jewel stones earlier this year.
This time, however, the Bravoleb added a more empowering statement that is good advice no matter what your hair color is. “Stay true to yourself. And don’t ever let ANYONE tell you differently.” Words to live by.
