While Dina Manzo will always be a Jersey girl in our hearts, she’s definitely embraced California since moving out west four years ago. But it appears The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum is on the move once again, as she just this week listed the stunning home she shares with her new husband, David Cantin. And consider yourself warned — the home is simply stunning!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Priced at $3.495 million, the 4,400-square-foot is a modern farmhouse nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in the upscale equestrian community in San Juan Capistrano. You read that right: She lives in an upscale equestrian community. Dina’s got horses and stables on her property!

And in a case of Bravo worlds colliding, it turns out Dina was also neighbors with a fellow housewife, too! Prior to her divorce, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino lived just a couple of miles down the street (and that home is still on the market).

Let’s take a look inside Dina’s beautiful home, shall we?

1

Located in the rolling hills of San Juan Capistrano, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 2018.

2

Located a few minutes from the beach, the home's open-air entry is flanked with water features, tile, stone, and beautiful plantings.

3

Epitomizing indoor/outdoor living, the dining room can become al fresco in seconds thanks to stacked accordion sliders.

4

Located just off the kitchen, the family room has a vaulted ceiling with dark floors and a whole lot of natural light spilling in.

5

Whereas the rest of the home is awash in neutral tones, the upscale chef's kitchen is totally bold, mixing Carrera marble countertops with bright blue cabinetry.

6

It wouldn't be California without a pool in the backyard, and Dina's is over-the-top, complete with fountains, terra cotta tile, a portico, and fire features.

7

The best part about being outdoors? Dina gets to keep an eye on her horses while she's lounging in the hot tub.

We can't wait to see where the newlyweds are headed next!
