Sonja Morgan Reveals the Real Reason She Had to Go Vegan Again

The Real Housewives of New York City pal has made some dietary tweaks after a bit of a binge break.

Don't invite Sonja Morgan on a coffee date. The shoe designer has recently made some tweaks to her diet, and those changes include giving up her daily cup of joe... as well as the milk that might otherwise go in it.

In an Instagram post from August 12, The Real Housewives of New York City pal took to Instagram to share a photo of herself looking fit as ever in a patterned blue bikini. The snap was taken from a vacation that helped Sonja focus on her health and wellness goals. 

"Enjoying the [sunset] and getting back to my vegan and [whole food] lifestyle," she wrote. "Quitting coffee and dairy again." She then revealed the reason she needs to dial it back on the dairy, and it's a kind of bender many of us can relate to. "Started eating cheese like it's nobody's business," she wrote, adding a side-eye emoji to poke fun at her own fondness for the delicious food. 

This is not the first time Sonja has said sayonara to gouda. In a snap she posted in May, the RHONY pal bared her backside for the camera, and attributed its tip-top shape to what was on her plate. "I'm just proud of my plant based diet," she wrote then.
