It's a Shih Tzu! In an Instagram Story, Ramona showed a photo of her adorable pooch Coco sitting happily in a bistro chair. The dog seemed to be perusing the menu at Bobby Van's Steakhouse — perhaps lusting after the bone-in rib-eye?
