Sonja Morgan Gave Up Her NYC Apartment and Is "Back at the Townhouse"
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member's current living situation has a surprising twist.
Sonja Morgan is continuing to make moves. The Real Housewives of New York City cast member revealed on the July 9 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she has said goodbye to her apartment located in NYC's Columbus Circle.
"I gave up the apartment," she said. "I was there two years."
While Sonja went on to share that she's returning to her Upper East Side abode, currently on the market for $10.75 million, she's not able to move in just yet. "I rented out my townhouse for the month," she explained. "I’m back at the townhouse — not really, because I’m the landlord."
Until she officially moves back into the five bedroom, six bathroom abode featuring an incredible outdoor patio, Sonja will call Dorinda Medley's Manhattan apartment home for the time being. "I’m at Dorinda’s!" she said while sitting in Dorinda's living room, located in NYC's Sutton Place neighborhood. "What am I doing here without Dorinda? She’s in the Berkshires."
She added: "Dorinda said, 'Stay at my place.'"
The five-story townhouse was also a topic of conversation during WWHL's July 7 episode, when a viewer asked if Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Flagg had any advice for Sonja. "Yeah, I said she should have sold it like 10 years ago," he said. "She never prices it appropriately."
