Bethenny Frankel and Daughter Bryn Adorably Practice Mommy & Me Yoga Together

Not only has Bethenny Frankel taught her adorable daughter, Bryn Hoppy, how to dress for every occasion just like Mommy (including matching vacay coverups and coordinating cop ensembles for Halloween), but she's also passed down a love of self-care. The Real Housewives of New York City alum shared a sweet series of pics as she and her pint-sized daughter bent and stretched their way to Nirvana courtesy of a mommy-and-me yoga session that was, quite frankly, adorable.
On December 11, Bethenny posted a few pics on Instagram where both she and daughter Bryn were decked out in casual yoga attire positioned on matching teal yoga mats. In the second shot, the media mogul and her "peanut" have their right legs raised, showing their balancing skills. Of course, the most adorable detail of these low-key pics is that Bryn is watching Mom every step of the way.
Clearly Bethenny is onto something because she added in her caption a cute little phrase that we're going to copy for our next class: "A family that plays together, namastes together."
So true.
