Ramona Singer’s Condo Just Got Another Major Price Cut, See the Pics (UPDATE)
The Real Housewives of New York City skin care maven is ready to sell.
UPDATE: To anyone watching the New York real estate market, it's clear that Ramona Singer is a motivated seller. How so? She's very ready to unload her longtime family condo in the Upper East Side. So much so, that the skincare maven just dropped the price again, this time by another $250,000, making the new listing ask $4.25 million
Original story continues below...
Spring has sprung in New York City, which means the tulips are starting to pop, the temperatures are starting to rise and the real estate market is definitely starting to heat up. Among the new listings in Manhattan right now is one Upper East Side apartment we’re all very familiar with — Ramona Singer’s four-bedroom condo!
The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur originally listed the nearly 2,500-square-foot space in June of last year for a whopping $4.995 million, but she has since dropped her price a couple of times (and took her home off the market for the holidays). Today’s price? $4.595 million. A steal… for some, lol.
As you’ll remember, Ramona fully renovated the space following her divorce, making the space over with a modern aesthetic and a bright white color palette. "It's bittersweet, actually, because the apartment is now so beautiful, and Avery's leaving. It's just, I'm going to be walking around that whole wing where she used to be, and I need a fresh start," Ramona shared with The Daily Dish last year. "I'm an empty nester, and I think it just makes sense to move to a smaller place. I'm traveling so much more, and I still have the place in the Hamptons. So, I just think it makes good, emotional sense for me."
Maybe she’s inspired by cast mate and friend Dorinda Medley’s fresh start as well? Regardless, let’s take of Ramona's stunning home.
Located on East 80th Street, the condo is in a full-service luxury building that has a 24-hour doorman and an on-site concierge service.
Following her divorce, Ramona renovated the corner unit, which is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.
The master suite is located in a separate wing from the unit's additional three bedrooms.
Ramona's en suite master bathroom is loaded with Carrera marble and features a soaking tub and double vanities.
The condo's eat-in kitchen features a waterfall marble island and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
