The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Caroline Manzo is officially the queen of charcuterie.
Although the Manzo'd with Children matriarch recently lost 20 pounds thanks in part to a new vegetarian diet, cooking for family remains one of her truest joys in life. And to that end, she whipped up an Easter spread that was perfectly Pinterest worthy — and very much an entertaining inspiration.
Showing multiple overflowing antipasto boards placed at varying levels for visual interest and ease of grazing access, she wrote, "Let's get started..."

Meanwhile, on her own Instagram, daughter Lauren Manzo Scalia shared another view of the feast...
...in more ways than one! She also shared a bit more about what goes on behind the scenes in the Manzo kitchen.
She quoted her mom as saying, "I'm recording the antipasto — don't say anything stupid." Naturally, Lauren interpreted that as her cue to jump right in, coming up behind her mom while she was recording video of the gorgeous food... and dropping a very loud F-bomb.
Caroline replied playfully (if visibly annoyed): "Come on, Lauren — that was stupid. Childish and stupid."
Maybe so... but it was kinda funny too.
And it was definitely in keeping with Lauren's habit of trolling mom Caroline's Instagram food pics!
Recently, Caroline revealed that the mysterious "surgery" she'd earlier alluded to on Instagram was in fact a face lift. And in addition to showing off all that glorious food, these latest kitchen pics show off her all new look.
